Do you remember that time you were in a rush and worried you're going to miss your flight, when the woman behind the desk greeted you with a warm smile? Remember how it felt like everything was going to be ok?
The power of friendliness. The power of kindness. The power of changing a person's day or perhaps even their life with a simple smile. Whether you're stuck in a traffic jam, at the check-out counter or at the gym, you can spread love by speaking the language of kindness.
We have no idea what's going on in peoples' lives, yet we can so easily reach out to them with nothing more than a smile. Smile. Smile at a stranger and what happens; your smile can make them do something good for themselves, encourage them to reach out to a friend they have lost touch with or what might happen - they will spread the smile to another stranger.
We can change the world, one smile at a time. What will you do to make someone else's day, or even lifetime?
